AI, ethics, & compliance — Designing integrity at speed

Date: Thursday, June 11 | 9:00am PT
Location: el PRADO Hotel | 520 Cowper St, Palo Alto, CA 94301

About this event

Join us for a breakfast conversation on how AI is reshaping ethics and compliance—and what that means in practice.

AI is changing how decisions get made across organizations, often faster than traditional compliance approaches can keep up. While many teams are experimenting with these tools, there’s still a lot to figure out when it comes to governance, risk, and ensuring decisions stay aligned with company values.

Over the course of the morning, we’ll explore how organizations are adapting—rethinking how guidance is delivered, how programs are measured, and how technology can be used more intentionally to strengthen outcomes.

We’ll also look at how leading teams are starting to make this shift tangible:

  • Making policies and codes easier to access and apply in real-world situations
  • Using data and insights to better understand culture, behavior, and emerging risk
  • Delivering more relevant, role-based learning that reflects how employees actually work
  • Embedding guidance more directly into day-to-day workflows, rather than relying on after-the-fact oversight

What you’ll learn

  • How AI is shifting risk, including new considerations around cybersecurity and data protection
  • How organizations are evolving their codes, policies, and guidance to reflect AI-enabled work
  • Ways to streamline and strengthen compliance programs, from training to risk detection
  • How leading teams are using analytics and insights to move from activity tracking to real impact
  • Why embedding guidance into workflows is becoming critical to keeping pace with AI
