LGBTQ+ Authentic Understanding & Allyship

This course explores how to create a workplace that is more welcoming and accepting for LGBTQ+ people. Using powerful and emotional video interviews of real people recounting their real-life experiences, this course helps learners build empathy, gain a deeper understanding of LGBTQ+ individuals, and become better allies to the LGBTQ+ community.

In this course, different speakers tell learners about their real-life experiences with microaggressions, encouraging greater self-awareness on how they can occur. The course includes an opportunity for reflection, planning, and navigating challenging conversations on combating microaggressions. Learners will explore the causes of microaggressions and find ways to prevent or manage such incidents.

Confronting Racism

This course was created to help end racism in the workplace. It’s designed to change the way people think about race and encourage them to reflect on how their biases—both conscious and unconscious—may be shaping their actions and decisions. The course also includes new content that tackles the issue of racism from a global perspective.
