LRN Perspectives
As organizations emerge from the pandemic and enter back into a now reshaped world, changes in the compliance risk landscape are already emerging. How has the pandemic affected bribery risks? What types of data risks will compliance teams need to consider? All of this comes at a time when regulators are more engaged and there is much scrutiny around how data is being handled.
LRN’s Chief Advisory Officer, Ty Francis, MBE, led a panel discussion with Jonathan Armstrong, Partner at Cordery; Susan Du Becker, Director of Risk and Resiliency at Microsoft; and Kortney Nordrum, Chief Compliance Officer at Deluxe exploring these questions.
The panel identifies key compliance risks dealing with bribery and data privacy and how organizations can navigate the new compliance risks associated around these issues.
